Nick is a 20-year email industry veteran who joined Twilio in 2021, during the height of the COVID pandemic. Prior to Twilio, he worked in the telecommunications, marketing, publishing, and manufacturing industries. He currently serves as a Senior Email Program Manager, bringing tactical and technical knowledge to Twilio SendGrid's highest volume senders. Outside of work, he's a full-time "swim dad" to his two boys, as well as full on geek regarding technology, games, and the latest Marvel superhero movies.
