Kathryn oversees all of Product & Engineering for the Twilio Engage organization which includes Twilio Engage products and Twilio SendGrid Marketing Campaigns. Kathryn is a seasoned product and engineering executive with over 20 years of experience in retail, commerce, payments, customer data platforms, and analytics. Most recently, Kathryn was the General Manager for an engineering analytics product called Flow at Pluralsight, and before that, she was at Salesforce as an SVP of Product Management for many years in Commerce Cloud.
