The Comparably Workplace Award winners are determined by sentiment ratings that are anonymously submitted by employees on Comparably.com, between May 23, 2017 and May 23, 2018. In 2017, SendGrid’s employee ratings revealed top scores in several of Comparably’s workplace categories.
“Comparably takes a data driven approach to show how specific demographics of employees rate their leadership and companies to make workplaces more transparent and rewarding,” said Jason Nazar, Comparably CEO. “Our awards recognize outstanding leaders who are stellar at what they do in business while creating inclusive workplace cultures that deliver results. SendGrid and its leadership are consistently ranked high on all of our lists which is a testament to who they are as an organization, and one that others should emulate.”
Earlier this year, Great Place to Work® and Fortune named SendGrid number 2 of the Best Small and Medium Workplaces in Technology and SendGrid was named a top 1,000 company for millennial women by Mogul, a platform for women that enables them to share their voice, exchange information, and access knowledge.
