SendGrid Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

SendGrid, Inc., a leading digital communication platform, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 8,200,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "SEND" on November 15, 2017, and the offering is expected to close on November 17, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, SendGrid has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,230,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.
