When we hit our 5th birthday last month, we started to talk a lot about scale. As we’re scaling as a company, (from number of employees to the volume of email we’re sending) our customers are scaling their businesses too. Our mission is to make sure that our customers have access to the infrastructure, technology, and personal attention they need to successfully, and continuously build their businesses.

We have key programs in place so that we can ensure scaling success–like our 24/7 support team who are available via phone, chat, and email, actionable email analytics, and our expert Technical Account Management team.

We realize that we could talk and talk about how easy it is for our customers to scale, but realistically it would be way more valuable to hear it from the people who have done it themselves!

Commissions Inc. is just one of our customers that has done an excellent job at scaling their business since joining SendGrid. This Atlanta-based real estate technology platform connects top tier real estate brokers and agents to homebuyers and sellers. Since joining SendGrid, Commissions Inc. has grown from sending two thousand emails per month, to sending millions per month and they’ve  used our Event Webhook and Subuser API to drop their spam reports and improve their sender reputation.

Join us for 30 minutes to hear Commissions Inc.’s awesome growth story and what part SendGrid played in their scaling success! Next Thursday, August 28th at 1 PM ET, Brian O’Neal, Chief Technology Officer, and Matthew Swanson, Chief Software Architect, of Commissions Inc. will recount their growth experience and answer your questions in the live Q&A that follows.
