SendGrid is named to The Denver Post’s Top Workplaces 2013 Jessy Rozitis April 22, 2013 Company // SUMMARIES ?> We are very excited to announce that SendGrid has been selected as one of The Denver Post’s Top Workplaces for 2013. The Denver Post published the complete list of Top Workplaces on April 21st. Last week, we had the pleasure of attending the Annual Awards Gala at the Kevin Taylor Restaurant at Hotel Teatro in Denver. We were honored to be able to spend the evening with our fellow awardees and to learn more about what makes their companies so unique. From the minute we arrived at the restaurant, the support and energy in the room was palpable. And that energy only grew as the names of each company were announced. It was wonderful to see all of the awardees come together to support positive workplace environments in Denver. We couldn’t be prouder to be one of them. How Are The Top Workplaces Chosen? The Top Workplaces are determined solely on employee feedback. The employee survey is conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. WorkplaceDynamics conducts regional Top Workplaces programs with 37 major publishing partners and recognizes a list of 150 National Top Workplaces. What Our Employees Have to Say Here are just a few reasons why SendGridders love coming to work: “I get to work with a great team, which includes everyone in all areas of the company. I get to be creative, and make things that help people like me; engineers.” “The people are amazing. I have fun with what I do.” “[I enjoy] working with smart, nice people.” To cap off a great week (celebrating sending 100 billion emails and being named a Top Workplace) the Denver and Boulder offices went to the Rockies vs. Mets baseball game last Thursday. Despite freezing temperatures, it was great to spend time together to recognize what makes SendGrid a Top Workplace…our employees.
