Through the application of the SendGrid Subuser API, Balihoo’s customers can now provide their locations with branded email templates that can be sent to local recipient lists. Balihoo also use the Event Webhook to allow their customers to view email metrics and analytics through their dashboard.

Twilio

Through their experiences, Balihoo has learned that having a local way for potential customers to reach out to brands is essential. Balihoo decided to partner with Twilio and ensure their brands have a local phone number for customers to call from the local website they’ve visited rather than a national 1-800 number or contact form.

Balihoo discovered that customers prefer the local number 5:1 times more often. In addition to this, by using Twilio, Balihoo customers can see detailed lead tracking statistics from their campaigns in the Balihoo dashboard.
