Given the unique set of challenges agencies face in the market, such as managing multiple accounts, fragmented reporting, incentives and lack of support, we decided to launch a new SendGrid for Agencies. Our goal was to develop a better system that agencies could leverage while enhancing our platform to more effectively support their needs.

Education is one of the core tenets of our agency program. We can help you send all the email in the world for your clients, but if we’re not arming you with the right industry and business building knowledge, we’re not doing our jobs.

To start, our agency partners get access to exclusive SendGrid educational content. And next year we are rolling out a new online training program – SendGrid Academy – that will also provide SendGrid users and agencies alike with additional education, learning opportunities and certifications.

With this model, we’re thrilled with the traction we’ve seen in just the first few months. Many agencies have already onboarded into the program and we’re seeing more and more interest every day.

With all that in mind though, we’ve also decided to hit the road. We’re bringing the knowledge directly to our partners in their local cities!

Coming to a city near you

This fall, we’ll be coming to a city near you during our 2017 Agency Roadshow. The events will include email expertise, industry insight, tips on how to build your business around email, and last but not least….LUNCH. The event is free for all registries.

We’ll be tackling 6 cities over the next few months (with many more to come in 2018). The content will be tailored to any type of agency that leverages email on a daily basis, including digital marketing agencies, system integrators, web and app development shops, or eCommerce solution providers.

Along with tons of knowledge, you’ll get to spend some time with the SendGrid partner team, (and did we mention, chow!)The event is free and we promise good food, good people, and great email conversation. Click on the city where you would like to attend below (we will be updating details for specific locations as we get closer to the dates).
