NudgeMail is an email based reminder service and task management system. Due to the nature of the service, Nudgemail users expect these email reminders to arrive immediately and without delay. However, these demands required an infrastructure that was scalable to their growth and that required little internal management from their staff. Nudgemail selected SendGrid as their provider. To maximize their email deliverability, they integrated with two SendGrid’s APIs – the Web API for outgoing email and the Parse API for incoming mail. The result is a zero maintenance email infrastructure through which they can easily manage emails, bounces, unsubscribes and review spam reports without wasting valuable employee time and resources.
