I recently sold more items than I usually do on Listia and made several trips to the post office over the period of 2 days time. On day 2 of making trips to mail things off, the post lady looked at me and said you must do a lot of Ebay and I said, not really, I do Listia. I asked her if she's ever heard of it, she said no, so I explained it to her. I told her Listia isn't like Ebay, they don't charge you listing fees or fees for selling an item and they don't use currency, they have a credit based monetary system. I told her you list things you don't want or use anymore, that other people may want and you auction it off for credits instead of money and you can use the credits you earn to get other cool stuff like Netbooks, Laptops, Tablets, iPhones, iPods, game systems, and a lot more. She said, Oh, wow, I'm gonna have to look that up and try it out. Now someone else has heard of Listia, that hasn't before. :)
