I came across Listia randomly one day. I watched the video and thought this site was an amazing idea. I signed up and got started. At first I thought "there has got to be something behind all this." But once I won and received my first auction, I fell in love with this site. So I told my mother (displayed in photo) about it. She of course was hesitant about it but NOW she LOVES LISTIA. My mother loves to shop and in the times of our failing economy, money was tight. But Listia gives her the freedom to shop (for free). Shes getting rid of the great things she doesn’t use, making way for many beautiful things she is finding on Listia. My mother and I had gone through tough times as a family and now thanks to Listia my mother and I sit together, go through her stuff, and look through the many things Listia has to offer. In other words Listia has changed our relationship. We are closer and now have a hobby we can share. Thank you for starting this site. I feel it's a wonderful site, and we are very happy that we joined.
