- Strategize, Test, and Optimize website funnels to reach lead gen and acquisition goals along with managing a website testing matrix

- Familiarity with CRM & ERP applications - such as Salesforce, MS CRM, Oracle, etc.

- Creative problem solver with an aptitude for delivering customer-centric solutions

- Duties will vary based on needs of the department and will initially include:
- Assisting with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
- Assist with audits
- Data entry
- Filing and scanning of various documents on a weekly basis
- Become an expert on expense report software
- Reconcile corporate credit card activity
- Manage fixed asset additions
- Review corporate credit card activity for use tax liability
- Complete miscellaneous, special projects for the Accounting Department as needed

- PC experience with emphasis on spreadsheet applications, including
