SendGrid and Twilio Team Up to Provide Enterprise Messaging Platform

Posted on

We are excited to announce that we have teamed with Twilio, the leader in cloud telecommunication tools, to provide our  enterprise customers with a complete messaging platform. Now our enterprise customers will be able to send SMS, voicemails, and push notifications as well as transactional and marketing emails.

This is certainly not the first time we have worked closely with Twilio.  Together we have sponsored countless hackdays and organized over a dozen API HackDays along with Mashery and Spotify over the past two years. Recently, we teamed with them to sponsor the “Doer Express” to help developers in the New York City area travel to Montreal’s Startup Festival.

We are confident that Twilio shares our dedication to make the lives of developers easier. Our goal in working together is to give developers highly customizable and robust APIs for all of the essential cloud messaging services that their company demands. The new messaging platform is a big step forward in SendGrid and Twilio’s quest to help developers save time through easy integration and reduce costs so they can turn their focus back to building great companies and applications.
