Posted on (4 Comments)

We recently released a new version of our Event Notification webhook. The Event Notification webhook allows customers to retain all the details of their email history. SendGrid will post data to customers’ applications anytime events occur to their emails. When mail is processed, delivered, dropped, opened, clicked, bounced, etc., we package that information up and provide it to customers. This new version posts a JSON array containing the event data to a url of the customer’s choosing. We also added in the ability for customers to test this webhook prior to enabling it, so you can make sure everything is

We started off with a very “soft” palate that used many different shades of green and yellow. We quickly saw how troublesome this was in various charting

Infographic: To Build or Buy? That is the Question.

One thing I’ve noticed during my time here at SendGrid is how something so vital can be, at times, overlooked. We have a lot of customers who start off small with us and grow huge. It’s really fun to be a part of their growth and even better to help them overcome some major issues that email senders face. Without an email provider like SendGrid, companies face several major pitfalls sending email at large volume. As these customers grow we get to help them scale very easily and worry-free. Sending email at scale is risky business. Your company depends on

We are pleased to announce that SendGrid has created a new report to help our customers better understand how their emails perform across common ISPs.  This report will help you target your audiences and quickly address any deliverability issues by showing you daily statistics at the domain level.
