My job is quite varied. I spend a large amount of time doing architecture of our systems, but another project I increasingly spend time on is our big data futures project - where we try to commercialize aspects of our own data to help better inform marketers’ campaigns, it’s the variety of the role that I enjoy the most.

SendGrid said Thursday it processed 225 billion emails in 2015. Considering that email’s high return on investment is impossible without the message first being delivered into a subscriber’s inbox, solving issues around deliverability is critical.
