Join us for SendGrid Delivered, our international tour about all things email. This multi-track event, led by our team of email experts, provides something for anyone faced with email as part of their business. Developers and marketers alike will take away best practices, tips for better deliverability, and information on getting the most from your email provider.
With over ten years of experience in email, Carly is a veteran in the email deliverability space working to make email better for marketers, developers and receivers. Outside of work, Carly is a native of Boulder, CO where she lives with her husband, two little girls and pug. She loves yoga, reading and the Denver Broncos.
A few of Ryan’s favorite past professional experiences include working with organizations to ensure good relations with SendGrid, promoting SendGrid’s white hat sender reputation, going to events to speak about deliverability, and finally attending conferences MAAWG where he gets to meet other super hero spam fighters like himself.
When Ryan is not busy saving the world from spam he can be found up in the mountains, on the dance floor, or doing backflips!
Additionally, he is the organizer of RiversideJS and a co-organizer of Startup Inland Empire in Southern California. Scott loves to program and build things and loves to help others do it too.
A passion for different learning across several varied subjects, he has sharpened his skills by founding his first company and participating in startup competitions and hackathons.
You can find him on Twitter, Facebook, Steam, posting about APIs, games, entrepreneurship or psychology under @heitortsergent. Also, he's always up for some coffee and co-op gaming.
Pedro has a summa cum laude bachelor's degree in Journalism from Universidade Mackenzie in Sao Paulo and a specialization in Digital Business from Boulder Digital Works, a technology innovation program from Colorado University.
Before moving the United States he worked in marketing for companies like Aunica.com, Nimbuzz.com and Mediamind.com. In 2010 he co-founded his first company in Brazil while based in the US, called Recomind.net. Recomind helps people find qualified service providers that are curated by their friends. In 2011 the company was acquired by Buscapé Company, the largest e-commerce conglomerate in Latin America.
Pedro works to be 1% better everyday and blogs about startups on pedrosorren.com. He is also a die hard Formula 1 fan.
As a graduate of the University of Colorado's College of Architecture and Planning and proud Colorado native, you'll find her hiking, camping, attending tech events, cultivating her taste for beer, and traveling to new and exciting places. Jill is also co-founder of microbrewery-in-the-making, Guest Brewing.
